I completed my degree in BSIT-Software Development in September 2015 and have, since May of 2016 been working for Department of Health and Human Services, Technology Services Division of the State of Montana as a Computer Programmer. I delved into the field in 1994 and have loved every minute of it. I have studied a very broad spectrum, including Java, Javascript, PHP, Python and C, C++ and C# as well as Cisco IOS and am currently working on my CCNA. I have also spent Four years in the Marine Corps and am a combat veteran and I also spent Ten years as a SWAT officer and also hold certifications in Advanced Firearms instruction and Hostage negotiation. I have developed web sites, SQL databases and run my own servers, Domain and AD DS to ensure I have a solid development environment no matter where I am at throughout the day. I currently work on mostly Java based projects, with JSON, AngularJS and several up and coming technology. Our current stack is 19 technologies deep including Mule, Moodle, Apache, Maven and many others. I have a very diverse work background and educational background. I also hold a current security clearance through OPM that is good until 2019. My fiancee and I work well as a team working on projects together and we have complimented each other on several occasions with donated development as well as "for hire" development projects. Our most recent project was creation of a solution that calculates variances in price points, automating pricing and cost/sales analysis as well as a web site and web application interface.
