• Experience in software project management/lead, software design, development, automation of manual process and complex processes including initiation, planning, execution, implementation, and post-implementation activities. • Experience of all phases of software delivery life cycle, from project lead/management, requirements gathering, analysis, architectural design, programming, code reviews, test planning, implementation, transition to support, payment gateway, user training and translate requirements into a development plan. • Develop detailed work plans, project schedules, estimates, and resource plans in conjunction with project team members and other business teams • Define and manage project scope and risks. Investigate and make recommendations on issues that challenge scope boundaries • Work closely with project and program resources to manage all development activities and manage the work schedule for a development team, ensuring transparency as to who is working on what at any one time monitor and report on project traction and progress and, as necessary, coordinate the development, discussion, and approval of corrective action and/or contingency plans • Create project status reports highlighting critical issues for management and overall status of the project • Conduct project meetings and be responsible for project tracking and an effective issue resolution process • Managing client with excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills to ensure that project delivery expectations are specified and met • Engage project stakeholders and communicate project updates to ensure buy in and project success (examples: meetings, status updates) • Work with multi-site project teams across time zones and plan and implement change management work as project deliverables are rolled out, including activities such as training, communication, and documentation • Ensure project deliverables meet/exceed the project sponsor’s specified expectations • Ensure project activities and deliverables adhere to internal quality standards • Provide clear direction and motivation to project staff • Experience in leading small sized teams (7-15) and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet the deadlines as and when required. • Creating automated Reports and Dashboard on QlikView, MicroStrategy and SSRS (~200 dashboards and 300 Reports)
