Worked as a Research Intern in QCRI (Qatar Computing Research Institute) Qatar 2018: • Possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills. • Have excellent knowledge about different risk management procedures. • Troubleshooting for broadband related issues both for Cable and DSL connections. • Troubleshooting for VPN related issues. • Troubleshooting on ADSL modems and routers, ISP problems, installation errors, networking errors, driver issues and other networking issues related to broadband. • Support email clients and configuration and virus issues, firewall configuration on systems. • Support the introduction of network management functionalities towards enabling NOC to centrally perform fault Management for all mobile network elements and service platforms. • Escalate major faults that can affect service levels to higher management, Call Centers, Customer support teams. • Aid in all project closures and perform benefit analysis in collaboration with Project Manage (To handle customer complaints in accordance with agreed SLAs); undertake root cause analysis of trouble .Tickets to identify root causes and develop mitigating actions.
