o Became a multi-talented individual in a startup environment, took a role of Product Owner when necessary. o Led and created a baseline for a starting project of the organization from a beginning, the project is a computer software to help the customs officers and the organizations, individuals to manage the exporting and importing processes, doing documentation, as well as enable the customs officers to manage the processes, to strengthen the security conditions by running risks assessment, goods automatically checking using AI image processing, and more features are going to be developed, this project had completed in 6 months and earned an internal award. o Released the project in time, solved over 10+ technical issues and features, the technical stack of the backend is Spring Framework: Spring Data JPA, Spring Quartz, Socket-IO, Rest API, Kafka as a Messaging System, technical stack of the frontend is Vue.js and JavaScript. o Designed BPMN, DMN using Camunda and integrated those models into the software, which is visualized 80% business process of the software. Did API Data Integration, such as; JSON, XML, CSV, UI/UX design, as well as, applied knowledge of Data Structure and Programming in using Java 8, C#, JavaScript, Python. o Implemented software architecture; micro services, frontend – backend, and integration test, unit test on the product, 80% manual and 20% automation; API testing (Python scripting) using Postman, used Cucumber (BDD), executed UI testing (Selenium or WATIN C#) to test the website. o Developed the baseline for the projects by using Dev-ops skills such as; successfully applied continuous delivery using Jenkins and integrated it with Jira, Bitbucket, Docker Compose, Bash Script, and setup communication tools; Slack, Skype this helped the software and the developers to be 100% automatically updated with the progress. o Managed team by conducted team building activities such as; picnic, karaoke, sports, the team size is in approximately nine. Negotiated with stakeholders and communicated often with the teams. o Helped a Development Manager in understanding a process, a culture and managing the organization from the very beginning of the company. o Involved in human resourcing operations, such as; prepared recruitment materials and reviewed HR materials such as; recruiting process, career path, participated in job interviews to interview candidates, coding review and reviewed employees by using KPI from the human resources department. o Organized tasks and issues on Jira and Confluence, related to a skill set and employees's leaves by using tools such as; Microsoft Outlook or Slack Vaction Tracker, heard reports from team leaders and depends on the reports to manage risks and prepare for scope creeps, and create team backup plan. o Guaranteed projects run smoothly and the project is met deadline and quality by handled hard tasks, planned, executed, maintenance projects
