Autodidact - dedicated to increasing my knowledge in current and emerging tech. Solutions Architect / Design / Development I designed and developed the first Federally Certified Election Voting Machine using Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) hardware in the United Sates. The system has been sold and utilized in the 2018 Mid-term Elections in Vermont and New Hampshire. The machine will be used by Minnesota, and New York in the 2020 Election. The system architecture consists of an Electron "thick-client" running on Windows IoT hosting an Angular application. Electron-Edge-JS is used to marshal calls into a .NET managed client that also utilizes p/Invoke to leverage native Windows APIs (winspool.drv) to facilitate Direct Printing to a locally connected OKI printer.
