Work Responsibilities o Understand and Analyze requirements from SRS document on different modules of application o Write high level test scenario for review to client or OSC o Creating functional test cases, executing test cases, setting up various configurations required for testing the products o Develop business process test case in QC\ALM with manual steps o Automate the test case using BPT framework in QC\ALM o Peer-Review test cases develop by other team members o Dry run the test case o Get test cases Reviewed and Approved with client o Sanity Execution or Formal Execution of test cases in test lab of ALM o Maintain the baseline document for pristine database o Responsible to prepare Performance Metrics of the team every month o Responsible to schedule, conduct and drive the DP meeting every month o Responsible to prepare actual hours analysis spent on User Stories in each sprint which helps client to prepare burndown chart o Test Automation with QTP o Consolidating defects and updating bug tracking system o Documenting test cases based on Functional Requirements o Client communication & client support, working with third vendor parties outside India o Handling Technical Writer team for release note with every build o Critical client handling o To give functional training to new employees o Release process handling and deciding release dates for next exe o Being part of all most all software development life cycle activities
