o Handling all Quality control activities for all Projects within the company. o Managing Requirements Analysis documents of new Projects within the company ( participating in building them) o Responsible for evaluating the project against all issues, suggesting improvements. o Giving assistance to any quality related issues in the company. o Participation in all the client communication, requirements gathering as well as RSDs preparation, calls with rest of team /client members in USA. o Testing Software to reach best performance & clients requirements in the most usable & highest quality, way possible. o Preparing test cases for all scenarios of the software with its status of failed / succeeded either using excel or test link tool. o Assigning and estimating bugs / improvements / New Features, requirements, & changes required by the client to the developers in the team using JIRA tool. o System Analyst & Customer Support rep o Participated in analysis of all features / requirements requested by the client with all its complications, full scenario and screens and then getting confirmation from the client regarding each scenario. o Gathering functional and non-functional requirements and creating SRS with proper Use Cases and Scenarios.
