Joana is a Software Tester in Quality Assurance who has a passion to learn and apply new technologies. She has more than 5 years of work experience on Software Testing predominantly in Banking, Retail and Utilities industries. She has experience on writing test scripts, test cases and manual script execution in Functional and Regression tests using Agile/Waterfall/V-model methodologies. Joana has a Bachelor Degree in Information Technology. She has diverse experience in testing different types of applications such as Marketing application Integration with Salesforce, Technology Migration for a Construction Company CRE application, Data Migration for a retail client, booking events website on maintenance phase, online repository for source code collaboration, online remittance system for a local bank, web conferencing and collaboration tool, and online retail store She has also done automated testing using Selenium webdriver. A brief experience creating test scripts in Java using Eclipse Mars and running automated test scripts using Microsoft Visual Web Developer 2010 Express and NUnit. She has also done load and stress testing using Jmeter. Joana has continually received kudos and praises from her US QA Team Lead who has monitored her valuable contribution to the team in terms of work performance, meaningful and substantial work output delivery. She is highly analytical, detail-oriented, inquisitive and has strong written and oral communication skills.
