I am an IT Engineer and tech-savvy guy, I can consult in any technical issues like troubleshooting, networking and other basic problems. I am more into testing applications rather than developing it. My goal is to test every feature and corner of the application whether it is mobile, desktop or web based. I would also provide detailed report on the analysis including the feedback of the end-user, bugs or glitches that I might face and any solution that I could know. I am good at communication and can speak English fluently, so I could provide desktop and customer support. Lastly, I have basic knowledge in some programming languages like Python, HTML and CSS.
