I design 3D CAD modelling using Solidworks especially in sheet metal and weldments. From the 3D CAD sheet metal design, I provide detail technical drawings containing information on Bending parameters such as bend deduction, k factor, and bending line. From technical drawings also provided the detail cut list properties for clients to use for purchasing and quoting the price involving the use of materials of the sheet metal. The technical data also shows the BOM list of the design components 100% accurate. I also provided the DXF for laser cutting and punching machine of the sheet metal design. I also help in nesting the dxf files into intended sheet for maximum utilization of the provided sheet metal.
Additionally, I also render the sheet metal design and weldments into photo-realistic image in Keyshot software.
