SOP & Process (Re)Design

Objective & Scope

• To do value-stream mapping; identify value-adding and non-value-adding processes/sub-processes/activities
• Create “to-Be” SOP and detail Process Flow Diagram along with Processes/Sub-processes/Activities, their linkages & dependencies, Ownership, SLA aimed at creating standardized & self-explanatory process flowchart, RACI Matrix
• Align Data Management so as to create effective Monitoring & Control Mechanism for SOP

Approach and Project Outcome (in brief)

• Brainstorming with respective process owners to create the As-Is Process Flow; in case of existing business. For new business, will create process flowchart from scratch in alignment with Business Operations & Objectives
• Create elaborate Value-Stream Mapping (To-Be)
• Design the whole SOP document in detail along with version controls (Playbook)
• Deep-dive into opportunities for Digital Intervention and create modular projects which can be taken up as separate projects as per Management decision
• Change Management & Implementation

Tentative 3-4 weeks, Actual timeline will depend on project to project basis
