I have been working in the radio fraternity for past 12 years starting from Radio City (New Delhi) as technical executive/sound engineer to UTV as Sound Designer, currently working as Programming Head, Radio One, New Delhi. Radio as medium which has only one medium of communication lays out multiple challenges when it comes to send out a clear message. I can create an entire stadium with helicopter hovering around and cricketer hitting the ball with just “SOUND”. This is the power of this medium, we can create a 3D image inside ones head using just SOUND. I believe SOUND is very important when it comes to gaming and videos. I was always fascinated by Video games when I was kid, from Pacman to Contra to Unreal to Uncharted , I have grown along with the gaming industry. The Movie Matrix wouldn't be fun to watch without all that crazy futuristic SOUND EFX.
