• Assists and trains POCs in sourcing applicants in social media and other platforms • Outreach, engage and attract target groups of candidates • Screen qualification of candidates against role requirements • Maintain internal communication • Formulate a strategic talent acquisition framework and initiatives • Brand Marketing • Develop and maintain company policies and practices • Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes. • Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. • Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
