I offer translation between American English and Standard Spanish (LA or SPA).
The per-hour charge is an estimate and is not the final cost.
Also, a third of the project's price must be paid in advance.
Currently, I charge about 9 cents per word. This depends on how many words there are and the text involved (how technical of a translation).
Translation Rates
Up to 500 words - 10 cents per word
Everything over 500 words - 8 cents per word
As an example, a document with 1000 words will be charged:
$50 for the first 500 words
$40 for the next 500 words
If the translation will be Spanish -> English, add 1 cent per word.
If the translation is a technical or niche specialization, add 2 cents per word.
