Briefly - spiritual wellness coaching is about our lives, decisions, and stories. 

Sessions are one-hour long via Zoom - most often once a month or a specific series of weekly sessions.

It's two people - in this case, you and I - looking at one person's life and journey...yours.
Spirituality is about where you are in your life, how you make meaning, what you value, what you believe, feel, question, and love. It doesn't have to be about a specific religious tradition - though of course it can be and often is - it doesn't require special words or topics to be spiritual. 

You bring your own identity, roles, personality, stories, and language to the conversation and I meet you there. Mostly, I listen. Together, we ask questions, ponder experiences, or talk about practical methods for mindfulness, practices or reflection. 

This can be helpful in times of grief, decision making, transition, life changes, stress reduction.
