His professional history includes various positions as a Business Analyst for Digit Insurance, Sabrefish Ltd (UK), Allianz Technology SE and NIIT Technologies Ltd.He has rich experience in delivering medium and large transformation programmes ensuring that technology lead transformation programmes deliver the desired business benefits. His include deep insurance knowledge in various disciplines cutting across geographies, platform replacement and upgrades, building intellectual property and driving innovation. Sanand has got strong experience in commercial insurance market especially in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance including Marine, Property and Liability lines of businesses and has rich experience of working on leading policy administration systems such as Subscribe, Allianz Business System (ABS), RiskWrite, Navigators and has also played pivotal role as BA for various successful API Integrations.
