Sport is a physical effort or skill that is practiced according to agreed-upon rules with the aim of entertainment, competition,distinction or enhancing self-confidence with different goals and methods of doing it .

● What are the benefits of sports ?

Exercising in all its forms is one of the most important and effective ways to ensure the maintenance of physical and mental health as there are many benefits of sport on both the psychological and physical levels the most important of which are the following :

1. Reducing body fat percentage and maintaining an ideal weight. 

2. Sleeping enough getting rid of insomnia and getting the energy the body needs. 

3. Opening appetites eating healthy and avoiding smoking. 

4. Providing a healthy life through which happiness satisfaction and contentment are achieved.

1. Preventing diabetes as regular exercise helps the body produce insulin properly and thus control diabetes. 

2. Activating blood circulation as movement during sports activities blood circulation which leads to the transfer of nutrients to all parts of the body. 

3. Increase immunity as white blood cells increase during exercise which increases the strength of the body's immunity.

4. Strengthening the heart as the heart pumps more blood when exercising gaining the ability to work as needed and stay in good shape as this contributes to increasing people's life expectancy.

5. Maintaining the normal level of cholesterol in the blood as exercise increases the flexibility of the blood vessel wall and reduces the risk of high blood pressure.
