I specialize in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. I have been teaching Excel (and other subjects) at the college level for close to 20 years, In addition to that I have worked on a service desk through IBM for a major North American financial institution, who outsourced their IT support to IBM. Throughout this time I have occasionally built up a network of individuals who contacted me for assistance on their own projects as the "go to guy". I have attached a few screenshots highlighting such occasions. I pay particular attention to accuracy and timeliness as these are two of my strong suits.
