monitoring the contract positions that consultants hold with their clients and submitting their resumes for marketing at least one month before to the project's completion date.
Good knowledge of US Staffing statutes, HR procedures, and contractual processes; familiarity with W2, C2C, and contract-to-hire roles; pay rates, etc.
Understanding necessity and effectively describing the resume and arranging it as required.
