Taking care of consultants' problems, worries, salary scales, and visa extensions, etc.
keeping up long-term connections with the consultants.
Solid understanding and expertise in managing applicants for all regions and technologies that are in demand.
utilizing a wide range of job advertising websites and practical data mining abilities while working on Google groups, LinkedIn, and social media platforms to retrieve the requirements for potential applicants.
obtaining specifications from favored suppliers.
Outstanding history of placing IT candidates across the United States.
monitoring the contract positions that consultants hold with their clients and submitting their resumes for marketing at least one month before to the project's completion date.
Good knowledge of US Staffing statutes, HR procedures, and contractual processes; familiarity with W2, C2C, and contract-to-hire roles; pay rates, etc.
Understanding necessity and effectively describing the resume and arranging it as required.
Promoting our Bench Consultants (US Citizens, GC, H1 Transfer, OPT, and CPT/F1/L1).
keeping the consultants informed about submissions and interviews on a daily basis.
setting up a customer interview and continuing through to the offer.
At each level, follow up with the candidate and the client, and ultimately close the candidate
