Enter and verify payroll. o Coordinate with HR Mgr. new hires and terminations in the payroll system. o Proof that time is correct with PTO and holiday time. o Process payroll for semi-monthly and bi-weekly employees. o Upload and verify that payroll is correct to confirm. ? Accounts Payable– Code and enter all invoices into the AP system. o Cut AP checks and enter ACH’s into the bank. o Reconcile AP and report AP activity monthly to the management team. o Resolve discrepancies with vendors and purchasing agents. ?
