I am far more than even a true Full Stack Developer. Those that know my full skill sets, tend to agree that the term Full Stack is nowhere near adequate enough to describe what I do currently. I am a one man shop, everything from setting up the servers and database configuration to providing guidance on UX best practices. I am able to identify problems, quickly determine solutions, translate the needed components between marketing teams and technical teams, and then train everyone on how to use the solutions. I can design/develop/determine solutions for a multitude of projects.
