Having worked for major corporations for over a decade I have extensive experience with a wide range of needs in these areas. I have a background in sales, mortgage and telecommunications and hold a variety of professional certifications. I have experience creating a wide range of materials from job function procedures, user manuals, and job aids to facilitator guides (virtual and ILT), participant workbooks and web based training.
