In the world of development, both client and customer needs are dynamic and ever-changing, requiring flexibility and good problem-solving etiquette among all involved. With experience leading teams of < 10 developers to accomplish development goals and milestones, I provide a work-hard-play-hard environment to those in my team and those we must communicate with in different fields under the company. Using AGILE/SCRUM methodologies, our tasks at hand are managed according to my client's priorities to make progress as seamless and forward as possible while still providing hands-on experience with both the front-end and back-end, otherwise I'd just be a project manager.
