Here Is An Overview Of What We Do  In Staffing And Recruiting:

  • Help create job posting: We work with you on creating a good job description that outlines the type of work to be done and which quality candidates that should apply. This is pivotal in hiring because to ensure that everyone who applies fully understands what they are applying to do.
  • Recruit candidates: We use our candidate database, Indeed.com, and LinkedIn.com to find candidates. We post job descriptions on the websites, and use LinkedIn which allows candidates to contact job posters directly, and we contact qualified people to see if they are interested.
  • Conduct 1st round interviews on qualified candidates: 

    The 1st round interviews are important to gauge if candidates that applied can exceed the basic qualifications and to get a good glimpse at if they will work for you.

  • Test candidates on job related skills: 

    Skill testing candidates that pass the 1st round interview will help you figure which candidates’ skills actually match what they have on their resume and what they said in the interview. Only the top candidates should be passed to you for the next interview.

  • Pass along candidates to you to interview: Once the candidates have been tested and the best ones are selected, it will be up to you to choose who to hire. You can conduct the interviews alone, with colleagues, or with Elevator Business Group. However, final interviews are a chance to get to know more about the candidates’ behavior and to see if they can do specific skills that you will definitely need. You can always consult with Elevator to choose a new hire.

  • Perform background checks on candidate that you want to hire: 

    After an Office Manager has been selected, I can run background checks verifying the following, including:

  • Identity

    • Criminal records
    • Employment history
    • Educational History
    • And more if needed.
