My target is always growth, and I get to it by any means necessary. I am not a business consultant. I mean, sure, if you'd like to talk to me for a little bit and ask for a written/verbal consultation, sure I can do that. But what I do best is act as a plug-and-play business development unit. If you already have a small business or a startup, then I go in and conduct a full assessment of your company, market, industry, capabilities, resources, and product. I break everything down and pinpoint what we need to work on *now* to achieve maximum growth. I don't just hand you a revised business plan. I implement and execute. If you need help with sales, I will work with you to optimize your sales strategy and actually execute as well. If you need help with e-marketing or social media, I come up with a marketing plan *with you* and then build your profile/page/website for you, ready to go. If you need help networking, I'll work with you to leverage your existing network and grow it, establishing a solid plan for contact acquisition and guiding you through the process. If you're nervous going in front of an investor, I'll sit down with you and take a look at your pitch deck and business model and refine and optimize them. If you need help finding investors, I do that too. In short, I help you create and/or grow your business, whatever it is, hands-on.
