I have an BSc in Statistics and Insurance which I completed with first class. I then did an MSc degree in Statistics with Applications in Medicine in Southampton University. I have been working as a statistician for 3 years in different companies. My main responsibilities in my previous jobs included assistance in the statistical analysis plan, conducting the analysis and presenting the results. I have dealt with different scenarios and had to handle big and small data sets. I mainly worked with patient level data and I had to use a variety of statistical techniques such as chi-square test, t-test, linear regression, logistic regression, multinomial logistic regression, survival analysis and mixed models. I have used SAS, Stata, Excel VBA and R for preparing and analysing the data, and Word, Excel, PDF for presenting the results. I have good organisational skills and I was always able to deliver the projects at hand on time. All the people I worked with were always happy with quality of work I provided since I want it to be nothing less than excellent.
