Hi, My name is Rym. I have been in the BPO industry for more than 6 years now. I handled various accounts such as Banks, Travel sites, Telcos and Health insurance. For banks, I was a phone banker. We do what a normal teller/phone banker does. We transfer funds, collect money, provide their balance and resolve their concern. For travel website, I help customers to book flight, hotels, and cars. However, it's a blind booking meaning, you will only see the details of what you're trying to book after you finish and after you paid for it. It's also a sales account because we have a sales rate and we need to make sure that the customer will close the deal. For the telco's, I have been both TSR and CSR, so I think I almost mastered Customer Service Skills. I also worked as a website designer, so I do have basic knowledge in html and css. I created a various website for real estate and veterinary sites in the US. I also have an experienced with VA jobs. I did Circle Prospecting and managing the social media accounts of my clients.
