I am a storyteller and senior communication specialist, meaning my goal is to help companies reach their target audience through communication strategy and focused effective messaging like articles, blog posts, social media outreach or web copy. In my last position, I managed a daily radio program heard in multiple states where I prepared over 300 unique business features every year, as well as created the program infrastructure and business workflow processes. I was a ghostwriter, preparing each copy to fit the style and voice of the program host with the goal of showcasing the organization's mission as the top small business lender in the state by utilizing these features as thought leadership pieces. I centralized department communications, built relationships with internal and external partners and built a database of customer success stories to use as a marketing tool for the program.
