Provide One (1) Executive Strategic Planning Session (one day, 5 hours, via Zoom) and Report with Action Plan.

This is a strategic planning and goal setting process where we set up annual and monthly goals for your company and for individual members of your team. During this process we will evaluate your current situation as a company, identify the “vital factors” of success for your company, barriers, pain points, past wins and challenges, and then create a blueprint for this coming year for your team to follow. 

Stage 1: Meeting Prep

Your team will fill out individual questionnaires to identify where you are as a team and as a company. These will help us maximize our time during the strategic planning session.

Stage 2: Strategic Planning Meeting

This is an immersive meeting which requires full engagement from your top management team for the duration of the session. We will lead discussions in a structured format, touching on each major topic to identify risks, opportunities, goals, and lessons learned, all to gain clarity around where you are as a business and where you need to grow. The result will be a clearly defined path forward and set of goals for your company to work toward, along with assignments for each key team member.

End Product: A Strategic business plan document which will contain all the information noted above, as well as an action plan for the team to start implementing immediately. From this point we will schedule monthly Executive Team Meetings to go over the stated goals, review wins and challenges from the past month, resolve big ticket issues as a team, and create individual “goals and controls” for each person accomplish during the next 30 days leading up to the next monthly meeting. This is a proven process creates strong momentum and progress for your team to hit its short-term and long-term objectives, as well as help each team member grow personally. Simply put, this process will help you win.
