- Conduct business reviews with management teams to align expectations for affiliate market performance with headquarters - Support strategy formulation and advocate best practice sharing at European/national Level - Contribute to the overall European 5-year “Profit and Loss” plan - Facilitate and present affiliate business cases for approval at European HQ - Manage resource allocation projects (e.g. portfolio, European sales force sizing) - Finalize and implement the marketing plan and brand strategy - Drive strategic planning process and implementation of CRM Transformation - Establish tools and structure for a business intelligence department
