• Leadership: I always take the initiative on the tasks entrusted to me and show direction by leading from the front.

• Persistence: Being a sales person closing a sale will most of the times require continuous push and perseverance. I have the determination to keep on going…

• Enthusiasm: I always undertake my work with zeal and as a hobby. For me it is work with fun.

• Creativity: The traditional channels of selling may not just deliver a sale. I have therefore employed other strategic ways to ensure a close depending on my product.

• Problem - Solving: Most of the customers will make a purchase only if the product solves their needs. To my customers, I always come in as a problem solver, hence providing the exact value of what they need.

• Communication: To determine what a client wants I must listen to them keenly and communicate back my service offering in an understandable manner. This will enhance Interpersonal relationship which in return will ensure a satisfied customer, increased purchases and market share. I am a good communicator.

• Management: For the longest time in my career in both sales and marketing, my major responsibility has been to service "key accounts” and overall business management. This has enabled me to learn and internalize various ways to analyze business trends- implementing best workable and most realistic strategies.

• Customer service: Just concluding a deal (a sale) is not the ultimate closure. Customers want more. Customer care is one continuous virtue I always practice and advocate for. A repeat purchase will always be as a result of customer follow up after the deal.

• Time Management: Throughout my working and personal life, one thing that has always made a difference is time. Though I cannot give myself 10/10 on time management, I am at least 8/10 in keeping time- and always improving.

• Learning: There is no one way of doing things and time has proved to be a factor in changing needs. Customers want current tech applications, current way of presenting products, timely way of delivering their products, packaging etc. To keep up with changing customer needs, I keep on researching and learning the developing market trends.
