My hope is to provide A-level management consulting services to SMBs and SMEs that don't have the deep pockets that fortune 500 enterprises do. Areas of interest include: - launch and go-to-market strategies - expansion strategies (both regional and offering oriented) - operational efficiency (there are more ways to save money than just letting people go!) - marketing strategy (especially cross-channel synergies and "uniform voice" theory) - acquisitions & mergers - corporate restructuring - client ROI analysis - ad-hoc analysis and discovery (one-off research that doesn't fit well in other categories)
