bogged down in the details of the day-to-day. It's hard to plan strategically
for the future when your head's in fire-fighting mode. I will work with you to:
- step back, take stock of your challenges and opportunities
- review and develop your strategy to increase the chances of sustainable success
- challenge assumptions in thinking
- find gaps and additional possibilities
- ensure you have the right KPIs in place
- produce a visual map of your strategy, to engage staff and stakeholders
I am a qualified executive coach (Level 7 Diploma, Institute of Leadership and Management) and have supported leaders covering 20 to 20,000 staff. Before becoming a full-time coach, I was a senior manager in the UK National Health Service, responsible for tens of millions of pounds a year, delivered through a complex multi-tiered system. I have led teams of volunteers, managers and senior professionals.
