My name is Charlie and I offer Personal training as well as strength and conditioning fitness and health program designed for weight loss, fat-loss, hypertrophy, muscle gain, strength gain, dieting and nutrition tips. I currently train professional athletes ranging from Olympic medalists, NHL, NFL and NCAA Division 1 athletes. I also have a great amount of experience working with fat loss clients and have learned from some of the best strength coaches and personal trainers in the industry.
