I am a hands-on Support Engineer, Senior Support Engineer, and Technical Trainer with 3 years of intensive work experience in Office 365. I was introduced to this technology when there was Wave 14 in Office 365 or Live@edu prior to Office 365. Currently, I am a Software Engineer at Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions. At this stage I provide consulting to my clients and accordingly we proceed to build the infrastructure. We gauge the requirements and accordingly I and my team implement the migration process which is hassle free. Previously, I was a Senior Support Engineer for Convergys India Pvt Ltd, and we used to work for Microsoft.
