Filing and retrieving documents.. Schedule appointments and meetings. Carrying our reception duties. Making travel arrangement on behalf of senior managers. Photocopying and scanning documents. Managing staff appointments. Copying and distribute material. Handling confidential information. Filing reports and information in the correct places.
