Providing structural building concepts and framing procedures utilizing CAD and BIM technology. Experienced working with structural engineers producing documentation throughout all phases of development. Familiar with code guidelines for tilt-up paneling systems, block coursing, and wood framed exterior framing. 

In the past, I have worked within the structural engineering atmosphere and gained insight on assisting with the process of project delivery. Understanding the different levels of engagement, I was able to help communicate any issues or changes that would slow the process down. 

I have an advanced level of skills using Revit to put together a 3-dimensional model that can be scheduled, analyzed, and plotted into a 3d plot review reader such as Bluebeam.
