Over the past few years css has had a "make over" or at least it has been decided by FEDs (front end developers) that it was too tedious to build out websites especially for small projects or for testing purposes. Well that's where SCSS has joined in the game. With the development of "SASS" (Stylistically Awesome Style Sheets) building custom frameworks has never been better. The difficulty with this is now FEDs have to learn how to use SCSS to their advantage. Many small businesses implement css frameworks like Bootstrap or Foundation Zurb without realising the full potential of their css frameworks. This is where I come in. I am fluent in these areas and have studied the buildup of bootstrap and several other css frameworks and from the ground up I have fully built out websites.
