I was once a customer service associate for a year and been promoted a subject matter expert after a year and luckily promoted again as a Quality Analyst in an online shopping after 1 year. With the experiences that I have, I would say that I am capable of the job. I may never have the experience you are looking for as I am a newbie here, but I believe that everyone has to start somewhere. I am a quick learner and adaptable.
