Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible to complete end to end implementation cycle (including kickoff, Requirement Gathering, Business 

Process Design and Documentation, Feasibility and Workaround study, Configuration, Delivering iterations, 

unit and user acceptance testing, migration and Process adoption.)

• Understanding of Clients’ requirement and creating detailed planning of process implementation accordingly
• Defining detailed blueprint for development requirements and develop and Assure quality of process models
• Providing Application specific solution consulting (for a specific application: creation of business blueprint workshops.
• Collaborating with SME’s, Architect and team of constantly learn grow and keep up with the pace of product 

And digital transformation.

• Implementation based on a blueprint workbook, creation of test cases, test scheduling and execution, key user 

training, go live support, and post go live support) from an individual contributor to leading the project for GO- LIVE.

• Giving Continuously support to the client for their customize query and proposed delivery solutions to client.
• Done the Multiple Assessment Vendor Integration’s with Recruiting management (Aspiring Mind, Mettl, 

Harrison, KornFerry, CoCubes and SHL). 

• Successfully done Multiple Go-live project.
• Support in escalated projects
• Onboarding Integration to Recruiting Management
• Crossboarding and Off boarding
• Standard Reporting and Role Based Permissions for Onboarding
• Sound knowledge of Onboarding Data Model
• Worked on Employee Profile Portlet creation and Basic knowledge of Employee central with respect to 

Recruiting Management and Onboarding.
