I am currently a Program Manager and am interested in the Project Coordination or Administrative Assistant roles. After being in my current role, I have realized I really enjoy being an assistant and am wanting a career change to an administrative role. I bring 5+ years of being an Administrative Assistant in 3 different companies. The two things I enjoy most about being an administrative assistant are: 1) working with and helping people. I consider myself as someone who is very service oriented and inquisitive to always want to learn and grown at the task at hand. 2) the exposure to a broad variety of tasks and to all facets of the business. At one time, my job duties included troubleshooting and documenting issues with while at another company, I was running Excel reports to provide a snapshot of how many users were affected by cellular outages.
