I currently hold a B.A in English with a minor in Cultural Studies. I am self motivated, self managed and a result oriented individual. I'm quick witted and willing to learn new things. my previous experiences include being a Generalist for Amazon.com, an assistant to a family company, teaching English Language, Literature and Cultural Studies. My previous job as a customer services rep, I provided email and chat support at the highest level. Communication is my passion and I resolutely believe in fully understanding the customers needs in order to achieve customer satisfaction. I have managed to enhance skills that are very close to my personality, that I consider to be essential to great customer service, such as patience, attentiveness, calmness, clarity, positive attitude, time management, empathy, promptitude and persuasiveness. I'm also and experienced Teacher, with years of teaching high schools students and international students who wish to improve their proficiency of the English Language.
