Superstar Executive Assistant

$10/hr Starting at $25

I’ve worked online since 2009. I believe working remotely is the way to go. I started my online career writing blogs for various companies. In 2011, I wanted to try out other jobs, so I applied for Virtual Assistant positions. I landed a job as an Executive Assistant to the CEO for a real estate radio talk show. During this time, I managed the show production, delegated tasks to team members, and managed the CEO’s calendar, emails, social media accounts, etc. It’s around that time, I realized I enjoy working on different tasks and learning new things! Having access to multiple departments in a company through EA service allowed me to do just that. After my first EA job, I went on to find another company. Once again, I worked as an EA to the CEO, but this time for a software development firm. This assignment opened up new challenges such as managing multiple projects on the software development side, managing writers, creating and producing two podcast shows, and organizing a highly technical blog. After five years, I still maintain my position at this company. My skill sets include: Podcast creation, telesummit creation, project management, human resource, customer/client support, writing, editing, video creation and editing, audio editing, blog posting, social media management and team management. I am familiar with programs/tools such as: WordPress, MS Word, MS Excel, Windows Movie Maker, MS PowerPoint, Google documents, forms & sheets, Audacity, TwistedWave, Libsyn, Zoho, PipeDrive, Trello, Slack, Basecamp, BlogTalk Radio, Ahrefs, Amazon KDP, Amazon CreateSpace, AWeber, BuiltWith, DocuSign, SurveyMonkey, ManyChat, ActiveCampaign, Teachable, Vimify, Stripe, ClickFunnels, Zapier, Typeform, SurveyAnyPlace, Airtable, and many more.
