My previous job was Customer Service Representative for a year as a Call Center Agent handling international account Australian to be specific. I am currently working as VA handling inbound phone calls, DVR monitoring for our 3 main buildings, posting ads on craigslist and doing some data entry and research works. I am working as a VA for 6 months now and compared before I am more confident to do a Home base job and give my ability to submit and meet the needed requirements for a given period of time and with justification with my output. As a virtual assistant, I am helping business owners to make there job easy. To belong in this field, I am working hard to give my full support to make their business earn a profit and aiming success.
