2. Suggests improvements to methodology, transform client requirements into a work-plan and follow through on execution.
3. Successful negotiation for resources, on budgets and within the schedules.
4. Design channels of supply to lower total cost and systemic risk.
5. Reduce costs, reduce errors, and improve on-time performance.
6. Balance capital investment, operating expenses, and service levels.
