- Driving the company's supply chain operations: demand planning, purchasing, order management, domestic and international transport plan
- Leading supply chain team serving external customers in Belgium, Germany and The Netherlands  and internal customers in 7 European countries
- Responsible for overall European demand plan
- Implementation of purchase-to-payment process
- Driving closer E2E collaboration with internal customers resulting in S&OP maturity
- Managing development and implementation of various improvement initiatives within domestic and European demand planning (incl. tender, forecasting, rolling stock levels)
- Leading development and implementation of the product life cycle management process
- Follow up on KPI's for both Upstream, Order management and Downstream processes
