I worked for two years at IBM Brasil as Security Officer, giving access and support for 12 IBM applications, focusing on user from Canada and Latin America. Later I started at Softline International, as Prospect Machine. There I used to call companies to offer software licenses, focusing on Office 365 and Windows Azure. Currently I work at Multirede as Support Analyst, monitoring network links, url verification on firesight or firewall, allowing or blocking according of the rules, e-mail verification on Ironport, blocking or allowing domains, checking if an e-mail is a spam or not and creating or deleting telephone/Jabber/Android/iPhone/tablet profile on CUCM. I also open tickets at Cisco if there is a problem that we can not solve or need to request a RMA.
