Career started off at Bangalore, India with a US based Credit card Sales campaign followed by an Inbound Technical Support. Joined as a junior Customer Service Executive however after a quick change in profile within the same company in Technical support process, I ended up as a Senior Technical Support executive. Later moved to another company located at New Delhi NCR. There, I joined as a Senior Customer Service Executive however over a period 4 months, I became a Quality Analyst. I worked in B2C(Business to Customer), B2B(Business to Business) campaigns for Outbound Sales(B2C), Lead Generation(B2B) and Inbound Customer Support, which also included real time chat support. Trained team of Quality Analysts and up skilled them. Have worked as SMS Marketer. Here, primary target is to generate leads of those potential customers whose website needs to be developed or support them with SEO for the client. SMS is simple and it is also fast in today's market because it is tomorrow's mode of communication apart from the regular emails. Also worked as a freelance trainer on American Culture with brief sessions on telephone etiquette as well as Email/ Chat etiquette.
