A graduate of BS in Nursing and currently an Operating Room Nurse in a hospital. Having experience in the contact center industry for 4 years have enhanced my skills at the English language, working as a customer and technical support agent for both voice and chat, order taking, financial skills, training and handling a team as I was trained to be a product trainer and a manager / team lead. Working home-based has also taught me how to work with data entry, email handling, online research, WordPress, ePom, Hootesuite. I also got my certificate for medical transcription as it was a part of our course curriculum, I now have the knowledge on medical transcription, business transcription / general transcription and trans-editing with a typing speed of 45 wpm. I'm looking to widen my skills in real estate, ticketing and travel services. I am work oriented, keen on details and would love to learn more. I am positive that I will be able to perform tasks given with less supervision.
