You want to be able to respond to your end users or clients regarding any concerns. We simplify this by acting as your personal helpdesk. First we will look into the issues to determine if it’s an actual issue or simply user error. We will track all issues, notify the users of a pending solution and work with development to get issues resolved in a timely manner. We will schedule a weekly call with the client and/or user to follow up about any outstanding issues. We can also set up a Service desk to help you manage outstanding issues reported by the users.
